Refunds & Cancelation Policy

At Luna Executive Coordinating, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized services tailored to meet the needs of your business. We understand that situations may arise where services need to be rescheduled, canceled, or adjusted. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

For Monthly Retainer Services (Ongoing Work):

  • Clients may cancel services with a 14-day written notice.

  • Services will continue for the remainder of the billing cycle or notice period, and all completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.

For Project-Based Services (One-Time Projects):

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for all completed work up to the date of cancellation.

  • A 20% cancellation fee of the remaining project value will be applied to compensate for time and resources allocated.

For Scheduled Calls, Appointments, or Consultations:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded or credited.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed work or paid retainers.

  • Monthly Retainer Services: Payments for monthly services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Project-Based Services: Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • Premium Services (e.g., Event Planning, Recruitment Support): All payments are final upon agreement and commencement of work.

Exceptions: If an error or issue arises on our end that prevents the completion of agreed-upon work, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a credit or adjustment at our sole discretion.

Late Payments and Non-Delivery

    • Services may be paused for unpaid invoices exceeding 14 days past the due date.

    • Work will resume once payment is received in full.

    • If a client fails to provide necessary materials or access for service delivery, no refunds will be issued for unused hours or incomplete work.

Rescheduling Services

If you need to reschedule work timelines, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change without affecting overall deliverables.
